Post Operative Services
Vital Signs
Will closely monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, respiratory rate, pulse, and pain and will report any abnormal readings to your medical team.
Prescription Management
Will review the medications prescribed for you to ensure they are taken properly and achieving their planned, therapeutic outcomes.
Transportation
Will provide transportation after hospital discharge and to follow-up appointments, if requested.
